And if she loves the moment but wants to switch up the ring?

No problem. Come back and exchange it.
You only pay the difference in cost (if any). No awkward questions. No eye rolls. No regrets.

Because while we’re confident she’ll love what you picked—we also know that true love is about listening, adapting, and getting it right in the end.

• Step 2: Plan your dream proposal.

• Step 3: If she’d prefer something else, come back and exchange it once, within 30 days of delivery.

• Step 4: The new ring just needs to be of equal or higher value than the original. NO MAKING CHARGE DEDUCTION ON THE ORIGINAL RING.

That’s it. No stress. No judgment. Just the love story, uninterrupted.

What’s the Catch?

There isn’t one. Just a few friendly T&Cs:

• Valid for a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• The new ring must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.

• Ring must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and certificates.

• Customised or engraved pieces may not be eligible for exchange.
