At True Diamond, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Every True Diamond jewellery is accompanied by our complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing fault is identified, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Please note, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  

• Improper handling or misuse
  

• Loss of components (e.g. diamonds, screws, etc.)
  

• Any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations
