Can I change my enrollment date if the rate drops within a week?
No, once the enrollment is completed, the rate is fixed and cannot be changed. -
Can I pay by cash?
Yes, you can pay by cash up to ₹1,95,000/- at the time of redemption along with applicable benefits. -
Can I pay using old gold?
No, old gold cannot be used as a mode of payment for the plan. -
Can I use my profile balance?
Yes, you can use your profile balance to start a new plan. -
What happens if I miss a payment for one or more months?
A grace period of 7 days is allowed. If the payment is delayed beyond that, the plan benefit will be reduced proportionally to the number of days delayed. -
What if I don’t wish to buy after the plan ends?
You have a 45-day redemption period after the plan term ends. If not redeemed within this window, the amount will be converted into a gift card with a 3-month validity. -
Can I cancel the plan?
Yes, you can cancel the plan anytime. The amount paid (without any True Benefit) will be refunded via bank transfer within 7–10 working days. -
Can I change the plan amount after enrolling?
No, once the plan is started, the denomination cannot be changed. -
What is the minimum amount required to start the plan?
The minimum amount is ₹1,000. You can choose any amount in multiples of ₹1,000. -
Can I open a True Harvest Plan for my minor daughter?
Only individuals aged 18 and above can enroll. True Diamond reserves the right to request age verification. -
Is PAN card mandatory?
Yes, PAN card details are required if the maturity amount (Principal + Benefit) is ₹2,00,000 or more. -
Is there a maximum limit to enroll in the plan?
There is no upper limit. The minimum is ₹1,000. -
Can I open multiple plans?
Yes, you can open multiple plans with different amounts and tenures. -
What is the redemption window?
You can redeem the plan anytime within 45 days from the last installment date. -
Can I buy multiple products using the plan?
Yes, you may buy multiple products, but the entire maturity amount must be redeemed in one go. -
Can I redeem the plan partially?
No, partial redemption is not allowed. You must use the full maturity amount at once. -
How can I redeem the plan?
You can redeem the plan on our website, at the store, or through TAH (Try at Home) service. -
What if my order value is more than the plan value?
You can pay the remaining amount using any available payment method. -
Can I redeem the plan before maturity?
Yes, but you will not receive any plan benefits if you redeem before the maturity date. -
What are the auto-debit limitations?
• Auto-debit via Credit/Debit Card: Up to ₹5,000/- per installment
• Auto-debit via UPI ID: Up to ₹15,000/- per installment
If auto-debit fails three times, the service will be disabled automatically by the company.
