True Diamond understands that, for personal reasons, you might like to return your precious piece of True Diamond and avail of a money-back facility. Should you wish to do so, please avail of the True Diamond Lifetime Buy-back facility.  

Eligibility

  • All True Diamond jewelry bought at an True Diamond Exclusive Stores or from our webstore at www.truediamond.in

Non-eligibility

  • We regret that made-to-order jewelry or customized designs will not be eligible for this facility.

  • We regret that pieces that are engraved, customized, or personalized will not be eligible for this facility. 

  • If the jewelry is damaged or not in a satisfactory condition, we regret to inform you that this facility cannot be availed of 

  • If the piece is not accompanied by the original invoice and IGI certificate. 

Use one of our convenient options to avail the True Diamond Buy-Back offer on any jewelry purchased at the True Diamond Stores or www.truediamond.in

  • You may present the True Diamond jewelry at an True Diamond Exclusive Retail Store near you or inform Customer Service for an Online fulfilment.

  • You are requested to present the jewelry in its original condition, with the following 

    • The invoice 

    • The IGI certificate

  • In the event that you avail the facility at an True Diamond Store near you, the store will provide you with an acknowledgement of all of the above

  • In case you wish to avail the facility online, we request that you ship the jewelry safely to us. Customer service will guide you through the details. Or you may request for True Diamond to pick up the jewelry from a registered address and safely transport it to our warehouse.

  • Requirements for this facility are listed below under "Safe Transportation of True Diamond Jewelry from the Customer to the True Diamond Warehouse"

  • On receipt of the jewelry at the True Diamond Warehouse, the jewelry will be checked by the Quality Check Department. In case the jewelry and all other requirements listed above are found to be in order, your request for Buy-back will be processed.

  • In case there are concerns with the condition of the jewelry or any of the other requirements listed above that are not met, True Diamond Customer Service will reach out to you, explain the concern, and return the jewelry safely to you.

  • The cost of the return shipment will be Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) 

  • In case the piece of jewelry is approved for processing as Buy-back, you will be issued a Credit Note for its value as below:

    • 100%  of the Metal value, based on the prevailing price

    • 80% of the prevailing value of a diamond/s

    • * In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the Diamond value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the Exchange amount.

    • Labour, certification fee, and GST will be deducted as these are costs that are not refundable from the third parties they have been paid to.

  • This best Buy-Back value will be paid to you within 8–10 business days.

  • The amount will be processed in the same method of payment received: – Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
